How to Order from Proguns.com
At Proguns.com, your satisfaction
is of paramount importance. To help you understand how we
work and how we get your guns and accessories to you, we’ve
created this step-by-step list of the purchasing process.

Once you have gone through the online checkout
process using our secure shopping cart, your order is sent
to Proguns.com, and one of our employees will personally look
over it. The first and foremost requirement we check for is
the legality of the order. Before we fill any order, we must
verify that the products being requested are in complete compliance
with the laws of the state to which the order will be sent.
If the order is not allowed by law, then we will not fill
it.
Please note that only full guns and lower
halves are subject to state restrictions. These items must
be sent to a licensed FFL dealer, and cannot under any circumstances
be sent directly to the customer.
Accessories and upper receivers are generally
not restricted, and these can be sent directly to the purchaser
without need for an FFL.
Once we have received your order, you should receive a confirmation
e-mail from us within 48 hours. This e-mail will verify that
we have obtained your order, and it will also tell you if
we can or cannot fill the order because of state restrictions.
It’s important to know that we
do NOT charge your credit card until we verify the legality of your
order. If we cannot legally fill your order because of your
state’s particular laws and restrictions, then we will
not process the order, and your credit card will not be charged.
Only when your order is verified to be legal will we charge
your credit card. However, please make sure that there is
enough credit in your account to handle the amount of the
purchase price at the time of purchase. Do not count on us
waiting a few days to charge it.
If you have ordered non-restricted items, such as upper halves
or accessories, we usually ship within 2-3 days after receiving
your order.

Before we can process and send an order,
you must send us the FFL of the licensed dealer to which you
want your order sent, and included with this FFL must be your
order number and/or your name. We will then contact this dealer
to ensure they will accept the order for you, and then they
must send us a copy of their FFL.
Once we have verified the legality of your
order and received the FFL from the dealer of your choice,
we then send the items you requested to that dealer. The dealer
will run a background check on you to make sure you are not
restricted from owning or purchasing any of your requested
items. This service usually costs around $25, but it can vary
depending on the dealer. The cost of the background check is NOT included in the Proguns.com invoice.
Finally, once the dealer has received
your order and run a background check that reports you are
allowed to purchase and own the items in your order, he or
she will allow you to take your order from his or her store,
and you will be the proud new owner of a high-quality product
or products from Proguns.com.
