at Nighthawk Custom, Ron Phillips has over 25 years of experience,
and his skill in hand checkering is enviable not only because
of the quality of work produced, but also because of the complete
concentration he puts into every painstakingly detailed step.
In fact, Ron has actually customized a set of vice grips to
maintain his high level of integrity with hand checkering
at the Nighthawk Custom standard 40lpi. Jeff Phillips, one
of the other owners of Nighthawk Custom, brings a full 20
years of experience to the shop at Nighthawk Custom and specializes
in precise triggers. Regardless of the weight to which you
want your trigger set, Jeff can customize it exactly how you
want.
Nighthawk Custom offers many features
that have been lost on lesser manufacturers, such as the art
of hand stippling. Because Nighthawk Custom does almost every
step of the construction process by hand, they are able to
